Welcome to Eagle's Perch on Loon Lake in the heart of the Brainerd Lakes area. Eagle's Perch is a rustic 2 bedroom/2 bathroom cabin that is very clean and quaint. This property is set on approximately 3 acres (located next to Pine Point Haven which is another property for rent on this web site) on a small lake called Loon Lake in the Pequot Lakes/Nisswa area.
This seasonal cabin has room enough to sleep 6-8 and has two bathrooms. One of the bedrooms is lofted and located up a steep set of stairs. This property takes in beautiful sunrises from the loft area or on the outside deck, and beautiful sunsets from the dock and lakeside firepit. All day long you can enjoy the sunshine on the lake from the private dock, or travel over to the public boat access which has a sandy beach area and is located less than a block away.
Features
This property features a small but full kitchen, a lofted bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, a second bedroom on the main floor with a single log bunk bed and another bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single on the top. There is a dining room area and a small porch, which is a great spot to enjoy your first cup of coffee and take in the morning sunrise.
When this property is rented together with Pine Point Haven, it makes an unbeatable family reunion getaway for up to 15 people with a very private setting on over 8 acres, with 2 docks, and 500 feet of lakeshore.
