Booking Deposit Policy
Guest(s) is/are required to endorse a Guest Rental Agreement.
Mt. Baker Lodging must be notified in advance of any increase in the size of your party.
A booking deposit equal to the cost of 1-night's stay, plus tax, is required to reserve all vacation homes.
The balance in full is due 14-days prior to guest(s) scheduled date of arrival*.
A credit card # is required on all rentals as a security/damage deposit and Guest(s)/Cardholder(s) shall be charged for any damages and/or unnecessary housekeeping as per the Guest Rental Agreement.
Absolutely no pets are permitted in properties not specifically designated for such purposes.
Management reserves the right to move your group to a similar vacation property should the one reserved become unavailable.
Guest(s)/Cardholder(s) must be a minimum of 23 years of age.
Any Changes will result in a $25.00 Change Charge, per change, unless upgrading. Upgrades are free.
*All bookings for the period of December 17 - January 2 require payment in full by December 1. If cancelled prior to December 1, the Booking Deposit will be forfeited unless the properties can be re-rented, in which case only the $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) service charge will apply. After December 1, guests will forfeit the entire rental amount unless the home(s) can be re-rented, in which case only the $65.00 (sixty-five dollar) service charge will apply.
Rate Policy
There is a two night minimum stay requirement during regular periods, and a 3-night minimum stay during holiday and special event periods, in most of the vacation properties that we represent. One night stays are available- please call our office the proceeding Thursday before the weekend of arrival to check availablity. One night rates are not posted on the web site.
Rates are in US funds and are subject to 8.4% WA sales tax
All vacation properties are non-smoking
All rates subject to change without notice.
Special rates apply during the pre-Christmas thru post-New Year holiday period.
