Welcome to Dolly's Stuga located on the Scenic Drive between Duluth and Two Harbors. Retreat to this beautiful cottage located right on the shores of Lake Superior.


Features



  • This cottage has 2 bedrooms on the upper level of the home with a full bathtub and shower. The upper level also has a sunroom with a futon. The main level of the home boasts a large kitchen and dining room area with gas fireplace (lakeside views) and also a back living room area with gas fireplace and queen size sleeper sofa. There is also a half bath located on the main level.

  • There is a large yard leading out to the shoreline with a firering for warm evening fires along the lake and beautiful flower gardens throughout the property. There is an oversized deck with a large swing chair to enjoy quiet evenings.

  • This property would be ideal for 1-4 people, but can accomodate up to 7 for an extra fee. If you are looking for that perfect North Shore get-away, Get Outta Town invites you to stay at Dolly's Stuga.

Price, Terms & Payment:
Rates

  • Weekly: $1400
  • Nightly: $225/night for 3 or more night stays or $250/night for minimum 2 night stays and all Holidays and special events weekends.
  • Rates are for 1-4 persons. Additional persons are charged $25/night/per person up to a maximum capacity of 6. All stays at Dolly's Stuga require a minimum two night stay, except for holidays which require a longer stay as per the holiday schedule below.
  • Payment Due: 3 weeks prior to stay.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice unless confirmed.
  • Check In Time: 4:00 PM
  • Check Out Time: 11:00 AM

Tax and Fees

  • State sales tax: 6.5%
  • Credit card surcharge: 3.5%

Deposit

  • Deposit: $400
  • Due at time of reservation.
  • Refundable in full upon completion of stay if there is no damage.
  • Refundable if cancelled 3 weeks or more in advance of stay.
  • A cancellation may be made by telephone only.
  • Refundable, less $150 if canceled less than 3 weeks prior to stay.
