Welcome to White Pine Cottage on Upper Whitefish Lake in the Crosslake area of Minnesota. This quaint cottage is set on private acerage with beautiful towering white pines. The cottage is the guest house to the main home, where the owners do not live, but are occassional visitors. This property shares a spectacular sandy beach shoreline and dock area with the owners of the main house.


Features

This cottage rental would be ideal for the family or couple who would love the dock and lake area for the sandy beaches as far as the eye can see, the fabulous swimming with hard sandy lake bottom, and the peaceful nature setting with towering pines all around you. The cottage features one large room with 2 single beds, 2 double beds, a small kitchen and dining room area and a bathroom with a single shower stall. The property is best suited for 2-4 people, but can hold up to 6.

This quaint cottage is set on private acerage with beautiful towering white pines.

Price, Terms & Payment:
Rates

  • Weekly (Saturday to Saturday):
    • June/July/August $1,200
    • May and September $ 900
  • Daily Rates
    • June/July/August and all Holidays
      $225 for 3 night minimum stay
      $275 for 2 night minimum stay
    • May/September/ October $175/night for 3 night minimum stay or $210 for 2 night minimum stay.
  • Rate based on 1 - 5 persons. Additional persons: $20 per person per night up to a max capacity of 6.
  • Check in 4 P.M. Check out 11 A.M.
  • Payment Due: 3 weeks prior to stay.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice unless confirmed.

Tax and Fees

  • State sales tax: 6.5%
  • Processing fee: 3.5%
  • Pet cleaning fee: $100

Deposit

  • Deposit: $300
  • Due at time of reservation.
  • Refundable in full upon completion of stay if there is no damage.
  • Refundable if cancelled 3 weeks or more in advance of stay.
  • Refundable, less $200 if canceled less than 3 weeks prior to stay.
