From here you can see ships in the distance going to Duluth, a northern fresh water port of commerce and place of interest. The Precipice is perfect with its charm that stands alone.

Located just north of Two Harbors and south of Beaver Bay, on the bike trail and within sight of Split Rock Lighthouse. The building site was started in the 1930's, and the main house, with its panoramic view of the lake and shoreline, was built in the 1970's.
