Price, Terms & Payment:
Rates

  • Weekly $1475
  • Nightly $300/night with minimum 3 night stay.
  • Nightly $375/for two night minimum stay.
  • Rate based on 6 person max.
  • Payment Due: 3 weeks prior to stay.
  • Rates are subject to change without notice unless confirmed

Tax and Fees

  • State sales tax: 6.5%
  • Processing Fee: 3.5%
  • Pet fee: $100
  • Pontoon rental available, call for rates.


Deposit

  • Deposit: $500
  • Due at time of reservation.
  • Refundable in full upon completion of stay if there is no damage.
  • Refundable if cancelled 3 weeks or more in advance of stay.
  • Refundable, less $200 if canceled less than 3 weeks prior to stay.
