Nightly $300/night with minimum 3 night stay.
Nightly $375/for two night minimum stay.

Due at time of reservation.
Refundable in full upon completion of stay if there is no damage.
Refundable if cancelled 3 weeks or more in advance of stay.
Refundable, less $200 if canceled less than 3 weeks prior to stay.
