Located just 30 minutes north of Duluth; this is a huge, 3600 square foot home with fabulous views of Comstock Lake. There are five private bedrooms, a large living/Dining/Kitchen area with vaulted ceilings, two "family rooms", and a huge wrap-around deck. The living area features tall windows that open to the beautiful lake views.

• Northern Retreat features an oversized yard - great for yard games; bocce ball, volleyball, croquet, and more! The gentle slope to the lake presents a sandy beach, great for swimming!


• This very spacious home is set on a large private lot facing west for beautiful evening sunsets. Comstock lake is a 271 acre lake, known for crappie fishing and rumored to have a stock of walleyes, northern, perch and bluegills. There is a public access to the lake and Northern Retreat offers a private dock.


• We are located just 30 miles from Giants Ridge Golf and Ski Resort. The area offers 36 hole golf course, 34 alpine ski run and 60 kilometer cross country ski trails.


• Northern Retreat is ideal for groups of 2-12 people. Three bedrooms have king beds, one bedroom has a double bed, and the final bedroom has two sets of bunk beds (sleeps four)


• Spring, summer, fall or winter, "Northern Retreat on Comstock Lake" is a relaxing vacation destination that you won't soon forget. With the ability to accomodate large groups, this makes the perfect place to gather with family, have an activity weekend with friends or plan a focus weekend for work.

• Daily: $325 (3 night minimum) or $375 (2 night minimum)
• All Holiday and Special Events weekends (including but not limited to Grandma's Marathon and Inline Skating events) are $375/night with 3 night minimum stay required.
